Office Hours: - Monday through Friday - 9am to 4:30pm Responsible for Low Income Housing: - Napa Valley Community Housing (NVCH) - Formed by the merger of two local non-profit housing organizations - Housing Association for Napa Development and Napa Valley Family Homes Years of Experience: - Over forty years of experience in low-income housing - Inherited from the parent agencies Premier Developer of Affordable Housing: - NVCH has been the leading developer and provider of affordable housing in the Napa Valley for four decades - Private non-profit agency, operating as a 501(c)(3) Activities: - Develops attractive and well-built affordable housing for low and moderate-income residents in Napa County - Engages in planning, construction, property purchasing, rehabilitation, and rental unit management - Manages a diverse portfolio of 17 properties, housing 1,700 residents (including 650 children and 200 seniors) Resident Services Program: - Committed to empowering residents to enhance their lives - Facilitates access to healthcare, educational services, job training, and other social services
