Expansion and Services: In response to the continuously increasing demand for affordable housing, EBHO expanded its services in subsequent years. In 1995, it extended its reach to Alameda County, followed by the inclusion of Contra Costa County in 1999. This expansion established EBHO as the sole organization of its kind in the East Bay area. Recognitions and Achievements: Over the years, EBHO has gained recognition for its dedication and contribution to the affordable housing sector.
