To increase your chances, we encourage you to try and get on as many waiting lists as possible. Apartment Rates: Dependent on Individual Income While we provide current apartment rates on many listing pages, it is crucial to note that most HUD listings do not have published rates. Instead, these rates are based on 30% of the renter's adjustable gross income. To determine if you qualify for income-based rent, we advise reaching out to the apartments directly.
