A Range of Possibilities: Apartment Types and Sizes Currently, we offer a total of 148 apartments in our complex. We gladly accept HUD subsidies, making these accommodations even more accessible for those in need. Eligibility for HUD subsidized apartments is based on your Adjusted Gross Income. If you qualify for low income housing and we have available units, your rent will be calculated as only 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
