Designed to serve the needs of low-income older adults, our location at the crossroads of I-80, I-94, and I-294 makes it convenient for residents to access downtown Chicago, which is just a 30-minute drive away. Amenities: Our apartments feature private studio or one-bedroom layouts, spacious bathrooms, and kitchenettes equipped with a sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Ample closet space, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and carpeted living and sleeping areas provide comfort and convenience. The kitchenette area and bathroom are fitted with linoleum, while emergency call devices are strategically placed in these areas as well as in the sleeping quarters. Mini-blinds are provided to ensure privacy, and open floor plans allow for a versatile living space. Waiting Lists: It is important to note that most apartments these days have waiting lists. We recommend contacting the community directly at the provided number to inquire about availability and eligibility for applying to live here.
