Updates on Waiting Lists As of the last update on August 2, 2011, the Authority announced that the waiting lists for Public Housing and HCV - Section 8 opened on August 1, 2011. They accepted 500 new applications for each program before the lists closed. After this time, they continued to accept new applications exclusively from Senior/Disabled persons.
