Spacious Apartments for Seniors and Handicapped Individuals We have a total of 24 units available for individuals aged 62 years and older, as well as those with disabilities. Our building underwent extensive rehabilitation and modernization in 2007, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable living environment. Elevator access is provided to our one and two-bedroom apartments, spread across three levels. 2. Amenities and Services Our senior living facility is well-equipped with various amenities to enhance your living experience. We have a computer room for your technological needs, a laundry room for your convenience, and indoor mailboxes for easy access. Additionally, a dedicated service coordinator is available to assist and coordinate resident services, ensuring you receive the support you need. 3. Inclusive Rent and Entertainment Options At our facility, we believe in providing a hassle-free living experience. As such, water, sewer, and trash services are all included in your rent.
