Mission: Envisioning a Community without Homelessness Our objective is to eradicate homelessness in the Greater Boston area by offering a comprehensive support system that empowers individuals towards self-sufficiency. Starting with the provision of secure housing, we believe in complementing this crucial base with vital services such as life skills development, financial literacy education, and vocational training. Initiative: Better Homes III - A Solution for the Chronically Homeless Under our Better Homes III program, we are dedicated to assisting disabled individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. This initiative combines rental subsidies with professional case management, ensuring that these individuals can access and maintain safe and stable housing. By addressing the specific needs of this marginalized group, we aim to break the cycle of homelessness and provide them with a sustainable pathway toward independence. Initiative: Stepping Stone - Transforming Lives for the Medically Compromised Through our Stepping Stone program, our focus lies on medically compromised individuals who have faced persistent homelessness. By offering rental subsidies alongside dedicated case management, we work to secure and maintain suitable housing for this vulnerable population. Our comprehensive approach aims to improve their overall well-being, fostering stability and enabling them to reclaim their lives from the complex challenges they have encountered.
