With approximately 500 rental units under our management, we cater to the needs of both working families and seniors. Heading 3: Supporting Residents with Rental Assistance In addition to managing rental units, we also administer various rental assistance programs. These programs are designed to assist residents in finding affordable rental housing, ensuring that everyone has access to a safe and comfortable home. Heading 4: Public Housing for Those in Need Since inception, the CDA has successfully acquired and managed 81 units of public housing throughout Carver County. These units are specifically designated for individuals and families facing housing challenges. Heading 5: Ensuring Eligibility and Safety All applicants seeking to be a part of the Public Housing Program must undergo a comprehensive screening process. This process includes thorough criminal and housing history background checks, ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents within our housing communities.
