Our community offers various amenities such as 24/7 availability, air conditioning, appliances, carpeting, controlled access, an elevator, fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities. Enjoy our library, meal services, off-street parking lot, outdoor sitting and gathering areas, plank flooring, planned activities, pull cords for added safety, a service coordinator to assist you, and a smoke-free environment. Pets are welcome in our community, including dogs and cats, and utilities are included in the rent. We believe in providing lower rental rates for low-income individuals and families.
