Various activities Rent and Eligibility: The monthly rent for our apartments is based on 30% of an individual's monthly income. All utilities are included in the rent. To be eligible, applicants must meet age and income guidelines specified by our program. HUD Subsidies: Our apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies, providing additional financial support to eligible low income individuals. If you qualify for low income housing and we have available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
