Managed by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), Lake Vistas comprises of two ranch-style buildings housing a total of 24 units. We offer a variety of living options with 2 two-bedroom units and 10 one-bedroom units. Each building comes equipped with convenient amenities such as a laundry room and trash room. Designed for independent living, Lake Vistas does not provide additional services such as meals, transportation, personal care, emergency response, shopping, housekeeping, or furnishings. However, our tenants have the flexibility to secure these services either independently or with assistance according to their needs. Rest assured, our application process includes a verification of physical mobility disability to ensure our community caters to everyone's needs. At Lake Vistas, we believe that affordable housing should be accessible to all. Through our partnership with HUD, rent subsidies are available for eligible tenants.
