By implementing four proven housing strategies, we aim to meet the diverse housing needs of our community. Affordable Rental Housing: 1. Quality-crafted and Attractive Homes - One to Three Bedroom Single-family Homes, Stacked Duplexes, & Townhomes - Designed to provide comfort and security for families 2. Income Guidelines - Applicants' Total Household Income: 80% or below the Area Median Income - Ensuring accessibility to those most in need 3.
