Arbor Manor: Empowering Homeless Women Towards Independence Program Overview Arbor Manor combines transitional housing with comprehensive support services designed to empower homeless adult women. Our mission is to assist residents in achieving self-sufficiency and finding permanent housing within a span of 24 months. With a focus on case management and group services, our program aims to provide the necessary tools and resources for a successful transition. Eligibility Criteria - Single women aged 18 years and older (no children residing with them) - Currently homeless - Verifiable income not exceeding 30% of the Area Median Income - Applicants undergo criminal and residential history screenings - Willingness to actively engage in onsite case management and contribute to cooperative living, adhering to clean and sober house rules Affordable Rent To ensure affordability, the rent is calculated based on 30% of the Area Median Income. We believe in providing a stable and supportive environment without financial burden, allowing our residents to focus on their journey towards independence.
