Located downtown just off 3rd Street, a 5-minute walk to Kirkwood and only a 10-minute walk to campus! Parking is available onsite. Parking is able to be secured as a first come first serve basis. Meaning opportunities to rent spaces are for those who first express interest in doing so. This can be done for a monthly fee of $100 per person. Lot behind units can be reserved as well as lot across the lot in front of homes. Homes are next to the bus stops, so additional transportation is a convenient walk if needed! This townhome is not furnished. A furnished rental option is available for an additional monthly fee. Utilities will be responsibility of tenants to put into their name, besides WIFI. WIFI will be a $30 monthly flat rate fee we will charge.
