Located downtown just off 3rd Street, a 5-minute walk to Kirkwood and only a 10-minute walk to campus. Parking is available onsite. Parking is able to be secured as a first come first serve basis. Meaning opportunities to rent spaces are for those who first express interest in doing so. This can be done for a monthly fee of $100 per person. Lot behind units can be reserved as well as lot across the lot in front of homes. This townhome is not furnished. A furnished rental option is available for an additional monthly fee. Utilities will be responsibility of tenants to put into their name, besides WIFI. WIFI will be a $30 monthly flat rate fee we will charge.
