This is a two-bedroom apartment located on the third floor. There are many stores within walking distance of the apartment. To be eligible for the apartment, you must have one year of verifiable rental history or a Co-Signer. Additionally, you must have a sufficient monthly income from employment or a permanent source of income (such as SSI, SSDI, Pensions, etc.). A credit and background check will also be required. Section 8 is welcome. At the time of lease signing, the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit must be provided.
