About This Property

My overall experience at Deer Valley Townhomes has been a terrific one so far. I came in over 2 years ago to find a place that didn't require any upkeep. Now I live in luxury! The staff is impeccable from the leasing office to the maintenance crew. They will fix everything, even down to batteries and light bulbs. AND how about no more mowing or planting! I love my home- it's quiet, big, updated and I feel secure. The grounds are also very beautiful with pretty views all around. Shopping is very convenient while you still have that country living feel. They have a great clubhouse that you can rent out and is also used for gatherings with residents to socialize throughout the year. I really enjoy the pool in the summer. It's clean, quiet and can be a very relaxing time even with a waterfall nearby. All I can say is that this is the nicest place to live in the area.
