Corona Manor is located in the heart of Capitol Hill! No need for a car as you are walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes, and the grocery store is one block away! Let's not forget the beautiful Cheeseman Park! We are a quaint community with only 38 apartment homes. We have a large on site laundry room and indoor bike racks. We also provide building wide wifi and bill back a small monthly fee. All our apartments feature original hardwood floors, built in book shelves, kitchen islands, open floor plans and beautiful picture windows. Each studio features a large walk in closet.. There are also storage units for rent if you need additional storage for $10 per month. The building is also equipped with a swamp cooler. Security Deposits and Application Fees: The application fee $30 which is non refundable regardless of acceptance. The security deposit is only $500 with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may ask for a higher security deposit. Utilities: Water/wastewater, gas, trash, wifi, and pest control will be billed back each month to each apartment and added to your online account where you may pay rent and submit work orders. Each resident will put electricity (phone, and cable, as wanted) in their own name. Pet Policy: We happily welcome your pets! Please consider a $150 non-refundable pet fee upfront, $150 additional security deposit and $25/month pet rent.
