Enter the home to the right and you will find yourself in the tiled entryway. Down the hall is a half bath with a stackable washer and dryer, making it a convenient stop after a day spent across the street at the beach. Up the stairs and on the second floor you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a butcher block floating island and top of the line appliances including a Sub-Zero extra wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach! A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor. The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two. Additional administration fees due at lease signing may apply.
