Studio has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 chest of drawer, a kitchenette with coffee maker, small fridge, dining table and wet bar, living room with sofa & TV, and a nice porch to enjoy the sea breezes. Located on the south end of the island 3 blocks from the Tybee pier, restaurants and shopping. Utilities included are water, electric and garbage pickup. Cable and internet not included. One parking space is included with rental. No smoking inside the apartment. Maximum of 2 people residing in the apartment. 12 month rental desired but can be flexible. Quiet time should be respected after 10 pm. No long term guests over 2 nights. Guests will need to pay for parking on the street.
