With a minimum of one-month rentals, no one is trying to cram to much fun into too short a period of time. Less people on the South end means less crowds at the beach, shops, and restaurants. There's less traffic on the South end of the island and it has the quickest access via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, and the famous Lover's Key State Park. Anytime you want to go to the North end and Time Square, it's only 5 miles away or just hop on the trolley. Our community enjoys exclusive access to a private nature preserve. It's several acres of walking, bird watching or simply enjoying nature. Our resort like pool with waterfall is heated and cooled and never crowded! Our community has a private work out room, tennis courts and a fishing pier. We have free high-speed internet and premium cable TV, including HBO.
