Additional amenities include laundry facilities, a resident lounge, playground, fitness center, and management offices. A supportive service office will also run a variety of lifestyle, finance and wellness programs for the residents. Located just two miles north of the inner harbor, Greenmount & Chase is convenient to area retail, dining and recreation as well as nearby academic institutions; most notably The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is just a few blocks away.
