This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment offers off-street parking and we pay for your water, sewer and garbage. It's located close to the Sunken Gardens and downtown. It's also near a bike path and the city bus line. Cats are welcomed (no dogs!) with a one time pet deposit of $162.50 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at https dhi.petscreening.com even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed. Security deposit of $650.00. Application fee is $25.00 for every adult that will be residing in the property. Landlord pays for water, sewer and refuse. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Tenant must have a renters insurance policy. We do not take housing, this includes Section 8 and LHA.
