Welcome to Sherwood Forest Apartments! We are currently renting 2 bedroom 1.5 bath renovated units! All of our units come with fresh paint, updated fixtures, new flooring, and Google Nest thermostats. We are centrally located in the heart of Reno next to the Peppermill! We offer a washer dryer in every unit, 2 swimming pools, and close proximity to shopping, schools, casinos, and transportation! We offer both virtual and in-person tours Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturdays 10-4 and would be happy to schedule an appointment for you. We look forward to helping you find your next home! We currently offer 3, 6, and 12 month leases. Water, sewage, and trash are included. Residents are only responsible for electricity and gas. We accept your furry friends! We allow up to 2 pets, dogs up to 50 lbs, with a pet deposit per pet of $400 and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We offer off-street assigned parking with one assigned space per unit.
