Welcome to Sherwood Forest Apartments! We are currently renting 2 bedroom 1.5 bath renovated units! All of our units come with fresh paint, updated fixtures, new flooring, the option for quartz countertops, and Google Nest thermostats. We offer first, second, and third floor units. We are centrally located in the heart of Reno next to the Peppermill! We offer a washer dryer in every unit, 2 swimming pools, and close proximity to shopping, schools, casinos, and transportation! We offer both virtual and in-person tours Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturdays 10-4 and would be happy to schedule an appointment for you. We look forward to helping you find your next home! We currently offer 3, 6, and 12 month leases upon approval. Water, sewage, and trash are included in the rent price. Residents only pay for electricity and gas. We accept your furry friends! We allow up to 2 pets with not breed restrictions, covered by renters insurance. Our pet deposit is $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We offer off-street assigned parking with one assigned space per unit.
