The property is fully stocked with all the necessities, furnished, and includes all bedding, linens, and more. All utilities and wifi are included as well. Our cleaning staff expertly cleans and cares for the home before and after each stay. All guests are to sign a rental agreement during the verification process. Miscellaneous: We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Smoking Fee: $1000 fee - Zero tolerance (indoor only, outdoor smoking permitted) The property has exterior Ring cameras and a NoiseAware device inside (both are only monitored if there is a disturbance). Pet Policy: We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions - Must be authorized prior to booking. 300/month; Clean-up of your pet is required throughout your stay. Mitten Housing requires all potential applicants to be vetted and verified by Mitten Housing before signing the required rental agreement. All utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rent. The minimum stay is monthly (30 nights) but can be extended further or rented on a month-to-month basis.
