This is a beautiful space fully furnished for anyone that is considering temporary work here in Grand Rapids, MI. Whether you are a college professor, medical professional or whatever you call yourself, I provide a complete living space for you to reside temporarily and comfortably away from your place of work. When coming home to Park street you'll find everything you need in the kitchen to make your favorite meals and whisk them away in a dishwasher after! Beds are quality Nova form mattresses that's going to give you a greats nights rest so you'll be your best! Each of the two bedrooms comes with a dresser and armoire. Currently the the third bedroom is an office but can be accommodated to fit your need as a bedroom too. The original wood floors are the inspiration for the warmer furnishings and make this place a cozy place to come home to after a long day at the hospital or office. High speed AT&T fiberoptic internet included as well as electric and gas and laundry! Note: Laundry is on site and shared between the two apartments. Walking distance to Bus lines, Kent bike trails, John Ball Park/ Zoo, restaurants, coffee shops, shoppiand downtown. Also there is a list of places that our my personal favorites I've explored here in my 17 years living in GR! Outside features include a fenced side and backyard that is well maintained with flower gardens, a patio sitting area with shade umbrella for the summer months and swing set and covered sandbox if you have children or a child at heart!! Owner pays for water Electricity, gas and trash removal tenants responsibility.
