Executive Place is a 10 unit fully furnished executive apartment complex in Morristown, Tennessee. Convenient downtown location enables our guests to have easy commutes to work, restaurants, shopping, healthcare, and Morristown's many community events. The complex has a common area with a half bath and 3 washers/3 dryers which provides free laundry service to our guests. There are two (2) bedroom, (2) full bathroom, two (2) bedroom, (1) bathroom, three (1) bedroom, (1.5) bathroom townhomes, and three (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom apartments available. The rate is $80-$90 per day and we can do a minimum of a (10) day stay or for several months depending on the needs of our guests. For any stay under (90) days we are required to charge Hamblen County sales tax of 9.75%. We have a strict NO PET policy and guests are not permitted to smoke INSIDE the apartments or common area. Outdoor covered seating is provided. 24 Hour Security Camera Surveillance provided and each unit has their own private WiFi network. At Executive Place we believe just because you are not at home doesn't mean you shouldn't feel at home!! Executive Place features a well-lighted parking area for our guests with a dumpster on the right side of the property. Tenant has no maintenance responsibilities but we would like to be notified as soon as possible about maintenance issues so we can address them quickly.
