Tenant pays gas, electric, internet/cable (Comcast/Xfinity), and trash removal services; also responsible for a $45 water reimbursement fee each month in addition to the monthly rent. We do offer a 6 month lease option, but that is only offered at a 20% rental increase/month. We are pet friendly, but do have some dog breed restrictions; we charge $50/pet per month, and a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet upon move in.
