Creekside Villas is a beautiful property tucked away in the middle of Boone. Outside you'll find ample parking, a gazebo, and a nature trail. Each unit was built with luxury in mind. All units have a unique hand-carved animal at the entry. Inside you'll find a 2-car heated garage, black stainless steel appliances, a pantry, inlet lighting, a sizable patio, primary bedroom with ensuite, and much more. The first floor consists of the garage and large laundry room. The main level features a living space with a gas fireplace, half bath, kitchen with dining area, and patio access. On the 3rd floor you will the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Photos are of a like unit and there may be differences between each unit. The unit is B-3 zoned so no more than two unrelated people are permitted. Non-student and jointly leased, the security deposit is typically equal to one month of rent. There is an administrative fee of $200. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. SkyBest Fiber Optic services the property. There is a dumpster on-site for household trash. Parking is included. Central heat & air. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly.
