Greetings! The Good: Available right now. All utilities paid. An urban, hidden, modern furnished guesthouse apartment centrally located five minutes from Mexico, Downtown El Paso, Memorial Park, I-10, and US 54. This quaint apartment has original oak-wood floors connecting to beautiful granite floors and French doors in the bedroom supplied with a bed, and furnishings. Fiber optic Wifi, PS4, and fresh linens at request and more. Basic cleaning service is provided once a week. Closet size is perfect for one person but cramped for two therefore one person is allowed per lease. We also have real grass, not fake stuff. The Bad: Since it is a guest house, we have a few doggies who run around in the yard. They can be quieted as you enter your abode with doggy treats as they greet you with a loving bark. Woof Woof! There is a washer in the courtyard and clothes-hanger outside, but if that is not your style and you require dryers, there is a laundry facility in the Loretto area. (3 min drive) The water heater. The guesthouse has an independent water heater to attempt to keep water consumption low since we are in the Chihuahuan desert. The water heater does last about five minutes in the shower. It is not too much of an issue in the summer months but the winter season could be a bit too quick. We hope we covered everything! Rental options available: Weekly $360.00 plus $60 deposit Two weeks $700.00 plus $120 deposit Monthly $1200.00 plus $180 deposit Annual $1050.00 per month.
