This apartment is located within close proximity to downtown- with a a wide selection of of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! Utilities included: Lawn/Shrubbery Care and Snow/Ice Removal Tenants are responsible for all Utilities: Water, Sewer, and Trash + Gas and Electric (Elect Heat and Hot Water, Gas Cooking). Appliances Included: Gas Oven/Range and Refrigerator Pets are considered on a case by case basis with an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE: Empire will NEVER ask for payments via Venmo, CashApp or PayPal. Payments will only be made via your Appfolio tenant portal OR can be brought to our office location. We DO NOT accept cash payments! Application Process- 1. $40.00 application fee per applicant. Anyone over the age of 18 must apply. 2. Total household income must meet or exceed 2.5 times the monthly rent AFTER taxes (net income) and be legally documented 3.
