There is also access from the front door off the deck and up the stairs to the main living area. This home is also on a dead end/no through street! Initial lease terms are 12 months. This home is furnished with a refrigerator and stove. The resident provides the washer and dryer if desired. Management has appliances available for lease for an additional charge. Residents pay all utilities. Electric and Gas are set up and billed through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash. Sorry, no pets allowed. Residents are responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
