Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT for up to two cats. All types of service animals and caged animals are welcome as well! Applicant must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $35.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 and is not required until you are approved!
