One bedroom one bath duplex 600 sq ft with window AC/Heat, stove and refrigerator provided. Water included. Two small pet allowed (under 25lbs). Non refundable pet deposit (per pet $200) will be charged along with monthly pet fee. $25 per pet for all small pets (under 25 pounds). There is a garbage can deposit of $80 that needs to be paid upon move in.
