Pets Allowed ($50/pet) max 2 dogs allowed 4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUESTED 5-7 DAYS BEFORE STAY (OR UPON BOOKING IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING) RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
