This is a newly-renovated and fully-furnished studio in-law suite attached to a main house (owners live upstairs) in a peaceful forested lot. It is locked off from the rest of the house with a separate entrance through sliding glass doors and a private full kitchen and bathroom. The unit is especially dog-friendly with a large half-acre fully fenced yard, but no cats please. Washer/dryer are in the main part of the house, outside the unit, but tenants may use them if the owner is home and/or notified in advance. Storage space is limited. Parking for up to two cars in driveway shared with owners. Minimum stay 30 days; maximum stay 6 months. Located in a quiet forested residential neighborhood in NW Asheville off of a short gravel road. Feels wonderfully secluded and rural but is only 10-15 minutes from UNC Asheville and other North Asheville destinations, and 15-20 minutes to downtown and west Asheville. There is a lovely creek crossing and small waterfall a short (0.25 mile) walk down the street. Utilities included. Maximum rental term is 6 months pending availability; 30 days minimum. Pet fee is $75 and cleaning fee is $75. No smoking allowed on premises.
