Additionally, this area is at the heart of the action during Celebrate Erie! For those with cars, parking structures located in Downtown Erie ensure your vehicle remains protected and unaffected by the elements. Inquire about a parking pass at the nearest garage, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for $85/month. You need not worry about bringing a modem or router, as we have you covered! Your apartment is wired with the fastest high-speed internet in town, provided locally by VNET, at an incredible rate of just $60/month. This rate is added to your rent. Electricity is billed at a flat-rate based on the size of the apartment, while water is billed based on usage. These rates are added to your rent. Trash is included in your rent, and the building does not have a gas utility. We are happy to accommodate your furry friends as these apartments are dog and cat friendly. Although we do not have breed and weight restrictions in place, it is required to provide a half-month security deposit and pay a $25/month recurring fee. Safety is of utmost importance to us. Each resident will be granted access to a security fob, providing 24/7 building access. For the convenience of receiving packages, we have a secured ParcelPending package delivery locker available in the lobby. While signing up is not required, it is highly recommended.
