It's like a hotel but no room changeovers. Dogs ONLY are allowed on a case by case basis and there is a negotiable pet fee. The rental is listed as one month, but that is just the minimum. Rentals beyond one month are preferred. The monthly rental fee will change seasonally, and stays longer than one month will be negotiated and a lease signed for three or more months. Security deposit not required for one month stay, and will be set according to length of stay beyond that. For stays of three months or more the refundable security deposit will be the same as the agreed upon monthly fee.
