This is a furnished waterfront basement apartment/room in a family home located in Aquia Harbour (we live upstairs). Utilities are included in rental fees and the backyard will be a shared space. You can take out the kayaks for a fall paddle, you can roast smores next to the fire pit, use the charcoal grill, etc. You are about 8 minutes from shopping and the front gate. You are in very close proximity to Quantico and i95. You may be required to pass a financial and criminal background check as part of the application process. This lease is for 6 months only and will not be extended. Utilities (Water, Electric, Internet) are paid for by the owner. The apartment is furnished with a bed, TV, couch, workstation, closet, and separate kitchen (with appliances). The pool will be closed during the duration of the lease. You will not have a thermostat in the apartment, but we can adjust it as needed. We provide a fan and a space heater for you as well. You will have one assigned parking space in our driveway and a separate entrance. You may be required to pass a financial and criminal background check as part of the application process. This lease is for 6 months only and will not be extended. No pets or smoking! The rent is $1,250 per month with a $1,250 security deposit. We will prorate rent for the first and last month as needed.
