If smoking of any kind is discovered there will be a $200 damage fee assessed each time. Smoking outside is ok, as long as the butts are properly disposed of. Limit of (4) people for this unit. Illegal drug activity and violent or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated Only occupants approved in writing may occupy the premises.
