No more than 2 cats total. - Small dogs (25 lbs. max.) allowed in select downstairs units only, with an additional deposit of $500. No more than 1 dog per unit. - Caged small animals to include: birds, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and rats. No more than 2 caged animals total. - Fish can be kept in a tank no larger than 50 gallons. - Reptiles must be caged & may not be considered poisonous. No more than 2 reptiles. Pet rent is $15 per pet.
