The property is a DUPLEX with a main floor and a daylight basement. The main floor of the property is available for rent now. The daylight basement unit is occupied by a tenant. The main floor unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen. The 2 car garage is shared with the basement tenant (one parking spot each). There is a common space just inside the garage that has a laundry closet and exercise room. The upstairs unit for rent has sole access to the front door and a locked door from the shared garage entry. The upstairs unit has access to a large deck off the kitchen and to the front yard (the basement unit has access to the back yard). Utilities are approximately $350 a month. The basement tenant keeps an RV on a pad next to the driveway. This is a duplex with the upstairs unit for rent and another tenant in the downstairs unit. The garage is shared with the downstairs tenant. Just inside the entry door from the garage is a common room with a washer/dryer and a room for exercise equipment. The renter has access to the front yard, the downstairs tenant has access to the backyard. The renter will have exclusive use of the large back deck and the front porch. The downstairs and upstairs tenants will split utilities. This includes internet, electric, water, trash. The average total utilities for the upstairs unit is about $350 per month. Small dogs ok (under 20 lbs.), no large dogs or cats allowed. The downstairs tenant's RV will be parked beside the driveway on a concrete pad. The renter will have one garage parking space and there is plenty of street parking. Driveway parking also ok as long as they do not block downstairs tenant's access to the garage. Absolutely no smoking inside or within 50 ft of the house, including on the deck. Violating this can result in voiding of the lease. The lease is for 12 months and month to month after.
