Hello, Thanks for your interest in our apartment in 87 Main St apartment in Depew. We have a 2-bedroom apartment for $950 including water, garbage and off-street parking. The apartment has carpet in the living room and bedrooms, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, bathroom tiles around the tub, bath vanity and medicine cabinet, laundry hookups in bathroom, kitchen subway tile backsplash, appliances, window coverings and the whole apartment repainted. We will be setting up showings starting Monday 18th. Our application requirements are a minimum credit score of 650, income to exceed 3x the monthly rent and no accounts in collections.
