We are looking for a 6-month commitment from November 1st to April 30th @ 12:00 PM for a Flat Rate (Utilities/Internet/Water/Power included) for $1,200. Place is located behind Jolly Rodgers Amusement park on Bay Side in a condo on the second floor with steps. The listing dates are non-negotiable. Two full bedrooms. 1 Queen bed in the master w/ full bath Bunk bed in second room with Twin and Full size bed. Fully furnished w/ kitchen/eating supplies, kurieg , TV (youtube tv (no cable) and more.) The unit is No Pets & No Smoking. Owner pays water, power, condo fee's. No pets/ Smoking. Two parking spaces out front of condo. Unit is on the second floor. Guest will be moved out by 4/30 @ 12:00 PM Noon. Six months is the only lease we will provide with clear set dates that are not for negotiation.
