Updated 2 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom located on the 1st floor that sleeps 7. Most Importantly- Only a couple blocks/6 minute walk to THE BEACH & BOARDWALK! Unit is walking distance/short drive to many Restaurants, Shops, Attractions, etc. Books, Games, Puzzles & is perfect for families. You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And the Condo is only a few blocks- 0.3 miles, or a six minute walk to the Beach!! The Master Bedroom has a Full-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two. The living room TV is a smart TV compatible with all your streaming apps. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Kitchen, Microwave, and a Coffee Maker, etc. Paid Washer/Dryer is separate and on site. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs. Condo is on the ground floor with no stairs and there is plenty of unmarked parking spots on site. There is an outdoor community space by the canal that has a picnic table, grass, and a dock. There is also an outdoor hose to rinse off on the side of the building. This is a WINTER SEASON RENTAL ONLY available starting October 15th thru April 30th, 2024. Internet, Parking, Sewer, Water & Trash are ALL Included!! Tenant will be responsible for Electric. NO SMOKING of any kind allowed within Unit. Also No Pets or Parties permitted. Any violation will result in forfeit of part or all of security deposit. Tenant screening reports can be reused if within 30 days.
