The Federal Street Lofts are high-end apartments on the second floor of the iconic Honald Building, located on Second and Federal in the historic downtown district of The Dalles. The 34,000 SF Honald Building was built by the Walther-Williams Hardware company in 1910. It was the first automotive dealership in Oregon and has served many other purposes since throughout history Old-world charm meets modern luxury. Century-old materials of the original apartments are tastefully integrated with newer amenities such as stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, beautiful flooring, in-unit washer / dryer units, and individual heating and cooling systems.
