No smoking in the building and no pets are allowed. A one year lease is required and month to month option after the completion of first year. We do require first months, last months and deposit at signing. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenants is responsible for electricity. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee for each person over 18.
