Located on 1 Acre with beautiful gardens, in quiet area that feels like you are in the middle of the country, yet 5 minutes from downtown Asheville and 3 minutes to Whole Foods, Ingles, Aldi, and Walmart. Also, 3 minutes from hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a very safe, walkable neighborhood and there is a beautiful mountain view from top of our street. High speed wifi included, fully furnished. Linens etc. Just bring your suitcase and toiletries! This is a newly designed space. Everything was chosen with care for your comfort and is very high quality. This is a very clean and elegant home. The main living area has cozy leather couch and large picture window with view of gardens and a dedicated work area with desk and swivel chair. High speed internet. The high dining table located in the front room could be used as a second work area, if needed. The kitchen is equipped with full sized sink, refrigerator/freezer, a toaster oven, 2 burner stove top, microwave and set of dishware for 4, pots and pans for foodies that love to cook even when they're away from home. Kerug coffee maker and a French press for those who prefer to brew their own special blend. The house has a whole home water filtration system installed, so all the water from sink and shower is filtered. The bedroom has a comfortable West Elm queen bed with high end Sealy mattress, cozy comforter, extra fuzzy blankets and throws. The front room includes a day bed that can be a cozy lounging space or extra sleeping for 1 as twin or pulled out into a King Bed for 2, with high quality memory foam mattresses for your guests to stay. It has dining space for 4 and a full size washer and dryer. Excellent mini split for heating and cooling. Blackout curtains. Large closet. The bathroom has a large, glassed in shower, plush cotton towels, and large vanity. Outdoor covered patio with bistro table for 2. This is a completely tobacco free home and property. Prefer someone who is very clean and will be respectful of property and neighbors. No pets or smoking allowed. Other things to note: The left hand unit is a separate apartment that I live in. Washer and dryer is shared with other unit. Utilities and Wifi included.
